February 16 (Thursday) - RCAS Board of Directors Meeting.

Monthly meeting of the chapter's board of directors. The meeting is open to all. Please check back for any change in date. Union Church Parish Hall, Proctor, 6:30 PM. Contact Marv Elliott 775-2415.

February 17-20 (Friday-Saturday) - Great Backyard Bird Count.

Join birdwatchers across North America to count the birds at feeders and favorite outdoor areas. Click here for more information. 

February 18 (Saturday) – West Rutland Marsh Monitoring Walk.

Now in our 11th year, this is a monthly bird monitoring exercise. To date over 1,400 participants have tallied 144 species from Least Bittern to Rusty Blackbird. Meet at the West Rutland Price Chopper parking lot at 8 AM. Leader Roy Pilcher 775-3461.
